My story

Meet Evie. Evie is a 6-7 year old beauty and charmer. 46lb lab(?)/border collie mix. She is absolutely the SWEETEST dog most have ever met. A lover, she LOVES everyone. I rescued this clever lady. She’s healthy (fresh yr vaccines) and quiet (non barker). She doesn’t shed much (except 2x year), and her hair is so super fine, it’s hardly noticeable (super soft too). She seems to love kids, but we haven’t had much exposure except at parks & restaurants where she loves the attention.. She does have a prey drive (chipmunks!); it’s uncertain how she would do with a cat. She is a people dog and just wants to be with her people; her best life would be with a family w/ a dog…or a patient service dog. My job’s recent return to the office policy isn’t healthy for her. Moreover, her dander is creating allergies w/ me. She would do best with an attentive family who wants another pack member, someone with another dog, or someone experienced with the breeds &/or sticking to anti-anxiety routines.
