Chewie

My story

Have had my Chewie for 9 years and he’s such a love bug!! Definitely a little snuggler and loves to be cuddling on the couch or bed, or sitting and looking out the window out at the world. We need to rehome Chewie as he bit my 4 year old, and I am expecting a baby in few weeks! Chewie has been absolutely wonderful with my daughter 99% of the time, but toddlers are unpredictable and she scared him, so would be best if he went to a home without young children (10 & under). He is house/crate trained. He is used to being in crate overnight and can be left in crate during work hours! I introduce him to new visitors on leash just bc his chihuahua tendencies tend to come out! He did live with another (small) dog for about 5 years before she passed, and tends to like other little dogs! Chewie had senior labs taken in March, everything looks great with his health. He has slowed down a little in older age (doesn’t go for long walks) but he would make someone a great loving companion!
