My story
I was coming home from Nashville, it was cold out. I saw him lurking around the dumpster, and I decided to take him inside and feed him, and give him some warmth. And then when I opened my door to let him out, he never left. However I do not have the adequate time nor financial means to get his vet stuff done. He’s not neutered and I don’t think he’s up to date with his vaxes.
