My story

Meet Tillie, a pretty one year old girl who has been having a rough time for the past several weeks. Ever since arriving, she has been extremely wary of all people and hides or even runs from them. I can recall a couple of instances where she bolted away from us because she wanted out so bad. That is how scared she is. We basically have to start from square zero with her in order to help her trust us. We can tell that she wants to be happy and explore; we have caught her getting up and checking out her surroundings when she thinks no one is looking. It's just that she'll need a loving home where she is given the space and time she needs to come out of her shell on her own. She may hide for a while or want nothing to do with you, but that's okay, because as long as you never give up and keep showing her love, she'll eventually grow comfortable with you. She is also spayed and up to date on all her core vaccinations and monthly preventatives.
