My story
Ringo was transported from Puerto Rico. In Connecticut he also lived outside with many dogs and a local Animal Control rescued them. PAWS will be his last stop before his forever home. He's unsure about the change and he clings on to any human around. He's scared yet compliant and docile. We will learn more and he will be available for adoption soon.
