My story

Olive is a 2‑year‑old, 42‑lb purebred Boston Terrier who thrives in a quiet, predictable home. She is deeply affectionate, house‑trained, and loves relaxing close to her person. Olive struggles with fear‑based reactivity toward strangers, dogs, and squirrels, so she needs an adopter who understands sensitive or reactive dogs and can provide slow introductions and a calm routine. She is not suited to dog parks, busy social environments, or homes with other dogs. In the right environment, Olive is loyal, gentle, and very bonded. She is being rehomed because our multi‑dog household is overwhelming for her. If you have experience with reactive or fearful dogs — especially Boston Terriers — and can offer a stable, low‑traffic home, we’d love to hear about your routine and experience.
