My story

Ocean is a beautiful four-year-old brindle Bullmastiff mix with a big heart and a loyal spirit. Now in the care of Big Hearts for Big Breeds, this lovely girl is looking for a forever home that understands her protective nature and will appreciate all the love she has to give. Ocean is wonderful with both big and little dogs and enjoys having canine companions around. Her compatibility with cats is currently unknown. She doesn't need a kennel and has done well without one, making her a great fit for a home where she can simply be part of the family. Ocean can be protective of her home when strangers arrive, so she will do best with an experienced large-breed adopter who understands the importance of structure, confidence, and thoughtful introductions. She would also be happiest with older children, ages 14 and up. Once Ocean knows you're her person, you'll have a devoted companion who is ready to be by your side. She's looking for a family who will respect her protective instincts, give her clear guidance, and allow her the time she needs to feel comfortable with new people.
