My story

Have you dreamed of a pint-sized canine companion who wants nothing more than to sit on your lap, watching TV and holding hands with you? If your answer is “YES,” then Ruru is just waiting to grant your wish! Ruru is an 8-year-old Chihuahua who came to FLPS via Texas after his owner suddenly passed away and a family member drove to retrieve him. He adores being with people and will reach out his paws to you in an endearing display of affection. Ruru may love couch time, but don’t let that fool you into thinking he doesn’t know how to have fun and run around at playtime! Ruru would do best with a person or family with older children who can give him the attention he desires. He even has experience living with two other senior dogs and a cat! If you’re looking for a best buddy to share your life and your couch with, then Ruru is just the perfect little guy for you!
