My story
I found this dog with a belt around its neck in a grocery store parking lot. I believe somebody was using the belt as a leash. The dog looks thin. I already have two dogs and one of my dogs does not want anything to do with this dog and shows aggression towards it. I have the Stray or abandoned dog in the garage but it is not ideal and I cannot keep him.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jasper, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
