Deuce

My story

Deuce is a friendly, outgoing guy with lots of personality. He loves meeting people and is quick to say hello with a wagging tail — and sometimes a jump or two when he gets excited. Once the excitement settles, he enjoys being petted and spending time with his people.Deuce walks with enthusiasm and can be a strong puller, so an easy-walk style harness will help make outings more comfortable. He has a playful side and enjoys interacting with his handlers. When it comes to high-value chews, Deuce would rather keep his prize, so his new family should be comfortable trading him for treats instead of simply taking something away.Deuce is interested in other dogs and can be very enthusiastic when saying hello. His play style can be a little pushy, so introductions to other dogs should be done thoughtfully to make sure everyone is comfortable. He has not yet been tested with cats.If you’re looking for a social, energetic companion with a big personality, Deuce may be the one for you!If you are interested in meeting Deuce, please complete our adoption questionnaire and a shelter team member will reach out to schedule an introduction. https://hamiltonmcnj.seamlessdocs.com/f/AdoptionApplicationHamilton Township Animal Shelter cannot offer any guarantees on the age, health, temperament, personality or mental disposition of any pet.
