The brand-new Adoptions Made Easy (AME) system streamlines the adoption experience for you and adopters.
With AME, you can use any personal device to process adoptions and payments, preload adoptable pets, and allow adopters to donate to your organization. Say goodbye to tracking down in-store iPads!
What we need from you!
To start using AME, we need you to designate your group’s AME Administrator. The AME Administrator will not only support your group’s initial AME setup, but they will also share AME training details with others from your group who facilitate adoptions at PetSmart.
Recommended AME Administrators are individuals that manage your organization’s overall partnership with PetSmart Charities and/or manage others in your organization who perform adoptions in a PetSmart store(s).
To get started using AME, contact amesupport@petsmartcharities.org with the subject line “Set Up AME Administrator.” Be sure to include the following information in your email:

*Please ensure that this email is unique to the user and is not shared among multiple people within your organization.
Your AME administrator will receive an email within 2-3 business days with further instructions for setting up an account.
