Meet Tricycle, a 1-year-old female Domestic Shorthair.Tricycle is a sweet and gentle soul who’s been through a lot recently. She was originally adopted from us and lived a loving life with her person—but after the passing of her owner, Tricycle has found herself back at the shelter, looking for a new beginning.Despite everything, she remains affectionate and calm, always ready for soft pets and quiet companionship. Tricycle is a low-key girl who thrives in peaceful environments and would love a cozy home where she can feel safe and settled again.She’s ready for her next chapter and would be a comforting, loyal companion to someone with a kind and patient heart. Come meet Tricycle—she’s truly a gem.This pet is available for adoption at our Ellensburg Shelter location. If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been processed. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal`s picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known.
