My story

Adobo is a spirited grey terrier mix with a personality as bold as his name. This bundle of joy has an abundance of energy and loves to keep busy, whether it’s playing fetch, running around, or exploring his surroundings. He’s always up for an adventure and will make sure you’re never bored with his playful antics. While Adobo is full of fun, he’s still working on refining his manners and could use a little refresher on how to behave in certain situations. But don’t let that fool you—his enthusiasm and sweet nature make him an incredibly rewarding companion. If you're ready to channel his energy into training and activities, Adobo will repay you with endless love and joy! Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
