My story

Tex Henson is currently in RI and looking for a 'furever' home! Tex is a young Texas Heeler mix, under 20 lbs, who has already endured more than any pup should. He was cruelly discarded from a car window, but despite his rough start, he’s now safe and searching for a forever home where he can finally feel secure and loved. True to his breed, Tex is intelligent, loyal, and has a natural herding instinct. However, he is also very timid and shy, needing time to decompress and learn to trust. He requires a home with another confident dog to help him adjust and a securely fenced yard where he can feel safe while exploring. Could you be the one to give Tex the second chance he deserves?
