My story

Our resilient senior girl Millicent is getting her moment in the spotlight! She was featured on ABC Action News – Tampa Bay’s Rescues In Action- Sunday morning, February 9. 📺🐾 This sweet 10-year-old-ish Lab mix has been through so much, but thanks to an amazing team effort, she’s on her way to a brighter future—and her biopsies came back benign! 🎉 Now, she’s feeling better, playing, and showing so much affection. She’s also a little hard of hearing and, let’s be honest, can be a bit of a butthead to other dogs sometimes—but we love her for it! Now, all she needs is a forever home to spend her golden years in love and comfort. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need.
