Meet Fern! Fern is a fun-loving, playful pup who is always ready for an adventure! Whether it’s a long walk, a game of fetch, or exploring the great outdoors, she has energy to spare and would love an active family who can keep up with her enthusiasm for life.As a true hound, Fern has a strong personality and a nose that’s always on the go! We’re looking for a family with previous hound experience who understands her curious nature and the noises she will make and can provide the structure and engagement she needs to thrive.Fern thrives as the center of attention and would do best as the only pet in the home—she has so much love to give, she doesn’t want to share! While she may do well with older, respectful children who understand her bouncy nature, she’s still learning her manners and might be a bit too much for little ones.Because we want to make sure Fern finds her perfect match, we ask that the whole family—including any resident dogs—come in to meet her before she goes to her forever home.
