My story

*This is a courtesy listing.* Meet Rudder! Due to a difficult time in our family’s life, we are looking for a loving home for our sweet 12-year-old Cattle Dog, Rudder. We're moving in with family, and unfortunately, we can't bring him along. What makes Rudder special: * Great with kids: We have two children in our home, and Rudder is very good with them. * Good with other dogs * House-trained * Well-behaved and comfortable when home alone * Enjoys going for short walks around the block and playing fetch * Mellow and loyal companion Things to know: * Rudder has not been around cats and would likely not do well in a household with them. * As a cattle dog, Rudder may nip at heels from time to time, though this isn’t frequent. * Rudder can be a little territorial, particularly when he feels his space is being invaded, and will communicate with a bark or growl. Rudder deserves a peaceful, loving environment where he can relax and enjoy his golden years. Might it be with you?
