My story

GREAT NEWS! – Huck is here to change your life (and possibly rearrange your furniture).Huck is a 1.5 year old black lab mix with the energy of a toddler on espresso and the heart of a golden retriever in a romance novel. He’s sweet, messy, rambunctious and very likely to crash into your legs at full speed just to give you a kiss.‍ Energy Level: Off the charts. He’s got zoomies so powerful they’ve been classified as a cardio workout. Need motivation to go outside? Huck’s already at the door doing backflips. Toys? Yes. All of them. Huck believes every toy is his emotional support toy—and should be squeaked hourly. Manners? We’re getting there. He’s like a lovable frat boy: zero chill, but you can’t stay mad at him because he’s just so darn sweet. Personality: Pure love wrapped in fur and sprinkled with chaos. He will steal your socks, your heart and probably your sandwich. Other dogs: Huck LOVES to play. He's been submissive yet persistent to play with other canines. So another playful dog in the home would be a huge help to expend his energy! Affection Level: Expert cuddler once he’s finally tired.
