Justice tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. What my friends at ACC say about me:I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.A volunteer writes: Justice has made some friends here at the shelter and these friends care a whole lot about him and his success. Success, of course, looks different for everyone but we've learned a lot about Justice by meeting him where he is and learning what works for him. The hustle and bustle of the shelter doesn't, but a little cover on his condo has done wonders in making him feel more comfortable. Along with treats and offers of pets, these steady enhancements have allowed us to watch Justice grow and learn in his less than ideal circumstances. Accepting pets and even sometimes leaning into them, Justice can sometimes be seen making his own fun by playing with his snacks. Justice has lived with other cats and is reportedly friendly and outgoing with them and while you probably won't see him dancing around at the front of his condo, he's certainly trying his best. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 9.76 Age: 1yrs 1mths 3wks
