My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:Ceilo tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in an experienced, adult only home.A volunteer writes: If something isn't right for you, you can change it! We lovingly handcrafted a canopy bed and Ceilo​ made his own right next to it. Unfortunately, Ceilo's interpretation of a bed, while very cute, isn't the most conducive to making new friends. Basically he curls up under a blanket and moves around as a little lump. A cute little lump who somehow sidles up to his treats while under his bed and sometimes pokes his head out. This adorable move makes Ceilo​ look like someone lovingly tucked him in, except here at the Care Center, Ceilo's been tucking himself in. He's an admirably enterprising young cat who would love nothing more than to change his circumstances but it seems he can't just create a forever family like he did his new bed. Here's where you come in! Ceilo was brought to us from a home with other cats and is waiting to meet you and show you his skills at the Queens Care Center.
