My story

Henny is a sweet and affectionate 1.5 yr. old female Pitbull who weighs 53 lbs. She has a huge heart and an even bigger personality. She's a total love bug who thrives on cuddles and attention. She will happily soak up all the affection you can give. Henny is a high energy girl - always ready for her next adventure. She enjoys going on walks and hikes, and she loves to play. Whether it’s tossing a toy or zooming around the yard, she’s always on the go and having fun. Henny is house-trained, crate/kennel trained, dog-door trained and rides well in a car. She is currently in board and train receiving daily training to learn commands. She knows “sit” and she’s working on getting it down 100%. Her trainer is also working on her recall. She is doing very well because she is so eager to please. She walks loosely on the leash during walks and hikes. The only time she pulls on a leash is when she’s initially let out of her kennel and is being led to the play or training yard because she’s so excited for what the future has to offer. Henny is great with children and male and female adults. Babies are unknown. She is and does well in a structured environment where she can get the love and activity she craves. Henny is also good with male and female dogs, as well as cats. This girl is a great example of the breed - capable of love and loyalty - qualities that deserve appreciation and understanding. If you're looking for a smart, fun, loving, and active companion, Henny might just be the perfect match! Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com The fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/ When you are on the UAF website Select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. To apply to adopt, go into the dog's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started. You could be a life saver! Help us save more lives by fostering a dog or cat. If you live in the Prescott Az area please go to our website unitedanimalfriends.org and learn more about fostering!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Henny (Courtesy Listing), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
