My story

Hi, I’m Kubota—your future best friend! I’m a two-and-a-half-year-old French Bulldog with a big heart and even bigger personality! At 30 pounds, I may be compact, but I bring a whole lot of fun to the table. I love playing with other dogs, chasing my favorite toys, and showing off my fetch skills—I could play all day if you let me! After a good play session, I’m all about snuggling up on the couch with my humans. There’s nothing better than curling up next to you after an exciting day. I’m crate trained and leash trained, and while I’m still working on my manners, I promise I’m eager to learn. Because I’m strong and full of energy, I’d do best in a home without small children or seniors. One thing you should know—I get pretty nervous during car rides, so I’ll need a patient family who can help me feel safe when traveling. I also have a hiatal hernia, which sometimes causes me to regurgitate, but I have medication when I need it. Like many French Bulldogs, I may be prone to breathing issues, so I’m looking for a family familiar with my breed and ready to give me the care I deserve. This will allow you to get on our list of approved homes so you can immediately adopt a Boston Terrier when it becomes available through Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. We are always looking for good foster homes. These homes allow us to rescue more Boston Terriers in need because we have a place for them to go until they are adopted. Please consider becoming a foster home for Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. You can fill out a foster application at www.texasbostons.com. Click on the Rescue tab and then on the Foster Program tab. Here you will find our requirements for becoming a foster parent along with a link for an online foster application.
