My story

Gabe is an adorable 8-year-old Pug with a heart full of love and a face that will make you melt! This sweet boy is neutered, up-to-date on all his medical care, and ready to find his forever family. Don’t let his age fool you—Gabe still has plenty of pep in his step! He loves to run around with joyful bursts of energy and show off his irresistible, goofy smile that’s guaranteed to brighten your day. Whether he’s trotting around the yard or snuggling up for a cozy nap, Gabe is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate. He’s looking for a family that will appreciate his charm, give him plenty of love, and maybe toss a treat or two his way. Ready to meet your new best friend? Come say hi to Gabe—you won’t stop smiling either! Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
