My story

Don’t let her name fool you—Stormy is pure sunshine once she gets to know you! This sweet, affectionate girl is the full package: playful, cuddly, and full of charm. She absolutely loves making biscuits on soft, fluffy blankets and will happily come right up to you for pets and treats. Wand toys and anything that crinkles or crackles are her favorite things to play with—she’s always ready to chase and pounce like a pro. And when playtime is done? She’s all about snuggling close for some cozy downtime. Stormy can be a little nervous around young kids, so a calmer home where she can relax and feel safe would be ideal. If you have other cats at home, a slow introduction will help her settle in. If you’re looking for a lovable, playful companion who will fill your days with purrs and biscuit-making sessions, Stormy might just be your perfect match! We are often on the line with another client, but we return voice mail and emails within 24 hours. All cat adoption fees include; -spay/neuter -rabies vaccine -current distemper vaccines (may need additional boosters with your veterinarian) -FeLV/FIV blood test -microchip implanted & registered to the adopter -treatment of fleas/ticks/ear mites -veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin -free vet exam within 30 days after adoption with participating veterinarians Most pets have also received other medical care while with us. Your veterinarian may recommend additional health care for your new pet.
