Meet Mr. Frank Shirley, a 13-week-old brown tabby kitten with a big voice. Don’t let the serious name fool you—this little guy is nothing like the grumpy character he’s named after.When his outgoing siblings found homes, Mr. Frank Shirley stepped confidently into the role of friendliest feline on the block. He loves belly rubs, head scratches, and will gladly follow you around like a tiny, striped shadow.
