Clementine

My story

Much like her name, Clementine is sweet, small, easy to love, and sometimes—only sometimes—a little tart!Initially shy, Clementine quickly and eagerly warms up to any new tribe of people and cats despite being found outdoors with an unknown background. She is playful, curious, and both trusting and communicative of her boundaries. While she can be affectionate and velcro-like (she’s fond of curling up with humans in the nooks of a duvet at bedtime and hopping up on the dresser to join in on applying makeup), she also enjoys her own space at times, when she’ll retreat to a warm bed or hidey box for a long snooze.Clementine possesses a kitten-like love for play, and will never turn down a wand toy or spring-chasing session! And, like a kitten, there are things she’s still learning and would benefit from the help of a patient guardian with, like respecting other cats’ boundaries and not eating human food (or plastic…). Clementine enjoys the company of and can keep up with the pace of children (who respect her boundaries), and would thrive in a home with another playful and friendly cat!This truly sweet kitty cat is eagerly awaiting her forever home where she can be a cherished member of the family and partake in an energetic yet stable and loving routine. She has a lot of love and the cutest trilly purrs to give, and hopes to find that love returned for this second chapter of her life!Clementine is negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Like all ACR cats, she is up-to-date on vaccines and has been treated for fleas and parasites.
