Lenny

My story

Lenny found himself at a rural SC county shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed. He was aptly named ‘scruffy’ due to his overgrown coat but as you can see he cleans up well! We can’t say for sure what mix he is but we’re labeling him as a schnoodle as our best guess (schnauzer-poodle). His coat will require routine grooming but is low shed. We suspect Lenny had a home prior to joining our rescue given how good he’s been at his foster home. He loves people and napping on the couch. He is dog friendly and enjoys playing with his foster sister. He sleeps very soundly in his crate at night and when his fosters are at work. He is completely housebroken and he does great on leash! He’s truly a gem! Lenny is a 40 pound, 2 year old, poodle mix fostered in Charlotte, NC. He is neutered & microchipped, UTD on vaccinations, heartworm negative and has been kept on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
