My story

If you're looking for a cat who lives for love and snuggles, look no further—Challa the 8-month-old boy might just be the most affectionate cat on the planet. Whether you’re watching TV, working from home, or just sitting down for a minute, Challa will be in your lap before you even get settled, purring and working hard at the biscuit factory. He follows his humans from room to room, always hoping for a head scratch, a belly rub, or a cozy spot on your chest. Challa isn’t just a people-cat—he’s a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with both dogs and other cats. He does have a curious streak (he might open a cabinet or send a pen flying off the counter now and then), but it’s all part of his fun-loving charm. Challa is always exploring and making sure he doesn’t miss out on a single exciting moment. This guy is a medium-low energy cat that doesn't need a lot of playtime, but will happily oblige if prompted. Usually, you can find him looking out the window or curled up taking a nap (probably next to you). And if you can't find him, just call him - he will come running! Challa would thrive in a home with humans who love petting him as much as he likes being pet! He lives with another male cat and two humans in a one-bedroom apartment and gets along well with the other cat. This guy loves attention from everyone he can get it from. He would get along well with a furry sibling to play with, too, but it's not necessary. Challa would thrive in a variety of homes, as long as his people are close by. A work-from-home household or one where people are around a lot would be perfect for him! Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits.
