My story

Meet Indie the 2.5yr Chocolate Lab! Indie is a sweet, crazy and outgoing girl! In typical lab fashion, she loves meeting new friends. Unfortunately, she had little to no training or socialization for the first few years of her life. She lived in a small apartment with only her elderly owner. She had very limited outdoor time (her owner had a hard time walking her with how strong she is) and she never had the opportunity to run off-leash. She is still working hard on her basic manners including not jumping up on people and her leash skills. With this being said, she is a friendly girl who is eager to learn! She has already made progress in these areas but is looking for a patient family who will continue working with her. Although her manners could use some work, she is fully house and crate trained. She has also been doing well with both dogs and cats while in our care! Indie loves spending her day playing with her doggy friends, playing out in the sun and chewing on her bones. When tired, she cozies up on her dog bed and snoozes- belly up! She is going to make the perfect adventure companion to one lucky family. Indie is up to date on vaccines, spayed, HW- and microchipped. Does she sound like a good fit for your family? Reach out for an adoption application!
