Kitty

My story

A volunteer writes: Sometimes it seems like Kitty is trying to make himself small in the way that he sleeps tucked in a ball with a paw encircling his face and the way that he quietly asks for affection with a quick and gentle nuzzle. Except that whenever Kitty's given a chance to shine, he does so brilliantly. Kitty popped up from his circle nap in record time when I opened his condo door and gently extended a paw on my shoulder to climb on out. He nuzzled my shoulder and tucked his face next to my ear as though he were about to tell me everything and oh, how I wish he would! Kitty is absolutely charming in everything he does and though he's been trying his best to fit in at the busy Care Center, we know a forever home is exactly where he belongs. What my friends at ACC say about me:The staff think I would do best in a home where there are no other cats.Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!My purr motor is always running!I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.I am looking for a home with a patient person.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.
