My story
Meet Rocky. Rocky joined the NorCal family when his owner did not have the time to spend with him that he deserved. It will take a few weeks for him to feel safe. At this time he is scared, fearful and most likely confused. He is getting along with other dogs, but Rocky will need some time to adjust. He is slowly warming up and coming out of his shell. We are happy to report that Rocky is making significant progress. He is jumping up on the couch, with the other dogs, sleeping on the bed with his foster mom and is no longer hiding under the desk. We are confident that in no time he will be snuggling with his foster mom. Stay tuned.
