My story

Ivey is a sweet young gal who has gotten rave reviews in and out of the shelter! During a foster stay Ivey was housetrained, was well- behaved when left home alone, and showed that she knows basic commands like ‘sit’. Her foster person said that she loves to cuddle and gives kisses, loves to play outside, and is a mellow, calm, happy and curious pup. “Ivey likes to just chill out if everyone else is just chilling. She does well in a peaceful environment. She is very curious about her surroundings but doesn’t bark or get too crazy when she sees other dogs. She checks every single bush that she sees to see if there is a lizard in it. When she runs, sometimes it is like big bunny hops. She’s very gentle when playing and loves to cuddle right next to you and is very loving. Ivey will do well in a home where she had a good space/yard to run around in. Ivey is at her high-point when she is loved by people. All she needs is a little bit of love because she has so much love to give you.”Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said:“Ivey is an amazing snuggle-muffin, wiggle- butt baby doll!! I met her for the first time today and she was friendly and easy to leash up in her kennel. She was very excited to hurry over to a play yard. Once in the play yard she went potty right away and then came over to me for scritches and kisses! She was extremely friendly as people passed by the play yard; shewould go to the fence and greet everyone with a friendly waggy tail and put her snoot up to the fence to give kisses! She showed that she can sit pretty for pictures and she let an unfamiliar volunteer do a little photo shoot with her! When she was done getting her gorgeous picture taken, she came back to me, climbed up onto my lap and sat with me for cuddle time. She’s a very good girl!”Ivey shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been easygoing and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Ask to meet Ivey today!!
