My story

Meet Muriel Mexicola! Muriel arrived at the Humane Society of Imperial County as a stray. When no one came forward to claim her, we happily welcomed her into the Frosted Faces family on July 31st. Muriel is a 9-year-old, 53 lb. small Boxer mix who is as sweet and easygoing as they come. She loves gentle pets, going for strolls, and making new friends of all sizes, both human and canine. She rides like a dream in the car, gives the best face kisses, and never turns down a pup cup or a crispy piece of bacon. Whether she is tagging along for breakfast or lounging at your side, Muriel brings a happy, mellow vibe wherever she goes. She is simply delightful, and we cannot wait for her forever family to meet her. Muriel currently lives in a Foster home and they report that she is a "perfect little ray of sunshine with all of the best qualities including: ✅ Sweet, gentle, happy personality ✅ Friendly with people & kids ✅ Great with dogs of all sizes ✅ Potty trained ✅ No separation anxiety ✅ Obsessed with belly rubs and will paw you for more ✅ Walks well on a leash and can easily go a mile or two or be a couch potato ✅ Great in any social setting & in the car, would make a good adventure buddy ✅ No known major health issues 🐈 unknown with cats but can test at scheduled adoption appointment."
