Meet Tigrou! This 6-week-old little lady was rescued by Park Rangers after being abandoned in a park with her brother and young mother. But don't be fooled by her rough start, this kitten is the opposite of feral - she’ll greet you with loud purrs and adores to be pet. While she is the chiller sibling of the pair, she is also the more fearless one - typically the first to explore new toys and people. She loves a good head scratch and belly rub. She enjoys toys of all shapes and sounds, but her absolute favorite is a paper towel cardboard tube. Tigrou will need to be adopted to a home with another friendly cat or kitten. She would make a great pair with her brother Chouchou! Tigrou currently lives with dogs and would be great in a home with other cats and dogs with proper introductions. Although she hasn't been around kids we think she would do well with respectful children who will be able to pick up on cat body language cues. Vaccinated for FVRCP and will need to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated for rabies, when age appropriate. Microchipped and FeLV / FIV negative. To apply for Tigrou, visit our website (www.waggytailrescue.org) for an adoption application. It is important to fill out an application as soon as possible for consideration, and we require a complete application for you to meet an animal. We are currently unable to respond to general email inquiries as an all-volunteer run rescue. If the animal is on our website, they are still available. Waggytail Rescue CANNOT guarantee the exact age of any adoptable cat, or final size of any of our adoptable kittens. We rely on the information provided to us by veterinarians, shelters, owner surrenders and other circumstances bringing the cat into our rescue. Adoptions: adopt@waggytailrescue.org ##2472092##
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tigrou, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
