My story

Absolute Perfection....Meet our Skye! This beautiful girl is Skye and she is a 1 yr old, Springer Spaniel/Border Collie mix (Spollie) that is about 25lbs. We rescued her from the Carson Shelter where she was brought in as a stray with a fractured leg most likely from being hit by a car. The shelter did her surgery and she was ready to be adopted or rescued, but unfortunately she didnt have any interest which is very common with black animals. A contact we know who works at the shelter asked if we could pull her and we did! We got her straight to our vet where she got a clean bill of health! Skye then went to her foster home where she opened up and we saw her true, beautiful personality blossom. She is such a good dog! Skye is submissive, sweet, loving, happy, friendly, and so playful! We are looking for a home for her with another young and playful dog (she cannot be an "only" dog) and with owners that are active and not gone long hours during the day. A home with a safe and secure yard would be ideal! She is still learning to walk on leash but is very smart and a quick learner! You can tell that all Skye wants to do is please you. We know her perfect forever home is out there! Skye is vaccinated, microchipped, and will be spayed soon.
