My story

Meet Caramel! This darling 2-year-old girl is as sweet as her name. Petite and precious, Caramel has the most beautiful swirl of soft caramel markings, like a little work of art. She absolutely adores being pet and showered with love—and will happily return the favor with gentle purrs and affection. Caramel gets along well with other cats and dogs, making her the perfect addition to a loving home. With her gentle nature and warm heart, she’s sure to bring sweetness and sunshine into your life every single day. Come meet this little love—you’re sure to fall head over heels! Caramel is currently being fostered in Brooklyn, NY. The adoption fee for this animal is $125. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
