My story

Sable is a sweet and tenderhearted dog who is about 6 years old and weighs 51 pounds. Salukis are cherished as gentle and loyal companions, renowned for their dignified demeanor and affectionate nature. Despite their hunting heritage, they are calm and reserved at home, making them a great choice for owners seeking a dog that balances elegance with loyalty. She is a loving, tender, calm dog that can easily be a couch potato in an air conditioned house and on your couch. She gets along well with other dogs here at the rescue, and loves her companion Roman. She is a wonderful dog who just wants a family to call her own! Sable is at our rescue located in Hondo, Texas but can be transported to Geneva, Illinois on October 18th(GOTCHA DAY!) with an approved application and confirmed adoption. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $450 which includes the transport fee.
