My story

For over a decade, Blackie knew nothing but life on the streets. A true survivor, she never let her guard down—until now. When she was first rescued, she was cautious, always stepping in front of Baby to shield her. But deep down, Blackie longed for love too. Today, Blackie is learning to trust. She now enjoys head scratches, leans in for affection, and even rubs against her foster mom. She may need time to adjust to a new home, but once she trusts you, she will love you forever. She just needs someone who sees past her tough exterior to the sweet, deserving soul underneath. Blackie is looking for a home with Baby. She’s her protector, her guide, and they belong together.
