My story

Meet Snackers—though his foster family calls him Billy! This 6-week-old ball of fluff came to BARCS as a tiny lost kitten and has been blossoming in foster care.Billy is full of kitten energy and curiosity—his days are spent happily bouncing between eating, napping, and playing. His Halloween toys are his absolute favorite, and he can entertain himself for quite a while with them before curling up for a snooze.He’s a snuggler at heart and loves being close to his people. While he’s still young and doesn’t like being left alone for long, he’s thriving with companionship and will do especially well in a home where he has company—whether that’s people, other cats, or even a friendly dog.Billy has been a natural with his litter box since day one and is already proving to be a confident, affectionate little guy. His foster says the best part has been watching him grow fluffier and more lovable every day.Billy gets along well with both cats and dogs and will make a wonderful addition to just about any loving family.
