How this pet arrived: Isopod was brought in by a community member on August 20, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Isopod, a cat so unique he shares a name with one of nature's strangest little creatures! Unlike his crustacean namesake, this Isopod won't roll into a ball when startled (though he might tuck himself into a cozy hidey-hole until he feels safe). He's ready for his new home, and he just asks for a bit of patience and a quiet space while he settles in. Isopod will also need a sedated dental procedure, so his new family should plan to follow up with their regular veterinarian. Bring a secure cat carrier and adopt Isopod today!
