My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:I lived with children in my previous home.I have lived with cats in my previous home.I have lived with dogs in my previous home.I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.I am looking for a home with a patient person.I can be slow to adjust to new environments. I prefer to take things at my own pace.I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.A volunteer writes: How awesome is Tigrese? Take it from her previous owners, who had to give up this "chill cat who loves hard" due to homelessness. Tigrese is friendly and plays gently with people, gets on with other cats and dogs, and can be a couch potato as well as an independent lady who does her own thing, her former people told us. They also vouched that tis petite tiger is affectionate and talkative, loves playing with toys, and enjoys lap time with the humans who love her. At the Care Center she's been shy and reserved, probably trying to get her bearings now that her world has been turned around. We just know there's a new forever home out there for this beautiful, spirited girl--the life of the party, the funny lady who will entertain you with her antics, and the cuddler who will be there for you when times get tough.
