WHAT IS YOUR NAME? Hi there! My name is Sir Chonks. ARE YOU A BOY OR A GIRL? I am the most handsome boy! HOW OLD ARE YOU? I was born in December 2024. WHAT BREED ARE YOU? I am a bully mix. HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH? I am a solid, compact 37 pounds. WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE? I am a tri-colored lowrider with a mostly black coat and beautiful tan and white markings. And I have the most handsome, squishable face! WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT? I love kibble and sometimes I get yummy treats when I am training because, as I hear all the time, I am “such a good boy!” WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE? I'm a lover and a goofball who loves to play, sleep, and cuddle. DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY: Oh that is easy… My perfect day would involve a walk in the park, playing ball with my foster sister, some food (of course), and lots of cuddles with the humans. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY? My blue Kong ball is my most super favorite toy ever! DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS? I am still learning tricks, but I am very good when told to “sit.” WHAT SCARES YOU? All that has scared me so far is thunder. Yikes, those booms are no fun! HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN? Yes! My foster parents have a 5-year-old boy that I love so much. I love the cuddles the most. DO YOU LIKE CATS? I’ve never been around any cats. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS? I love other dogs! My foster sister, Nikita, is so much fun to play with. IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE? Anywhere that involves humans who love me and will give me belly rubs! HOW IS YOUR HEALTH? I am very healthy! I do have a little wobble in my hind legs, but that certainly doesn’t slow me down and just adds to my adorable charm! WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION? I live with my foster parents, human foster brother, and canine foster sister, Nikita. I love them all, and it is a very close tie between the little human and Nikita for who I am closest with. WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE? When the humans are out, I hang out in my crate like a good boy. WHERE DO YOU SLEEP? I sleep on my cozy soft bed. DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH? I am so well-behaved on leash! Going on walks is one of my favorite things to do, so let’s go! DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? I have a little thing for the humans’ slippers. I don't chew on them, but I collect them and hide them in my bed. Remember, I am a puppy and still have some puppy habits, but I am working on learning to make other choices. I am taking toys to my bed instead of slippers more often these days. Yay, me! ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)? Yes, I am potty trained! I know how to use a dog door. DO YOU LIKE WATER? I like to drink water, but I’m probably not really built for water sports. However, if you put me in a life jacket to keep me safe, maybe we could have some fun. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY? I love that they treat me like family, train me, take me on walks, and love me. I love hanging out with the little human! And playing with my friend, Nikita, is so much fun. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOUR FUTURE ADOPTER? I am ready to spend the rest of my fabulous life being loved and cuddled and loved and playing and going on walks. And did I mention love?
