My story

Meet Luna Buns! 8-year-old Luna was brought to Bonita Shelter as a stray. Later, it was learned that it was actually a family member who surrendered Luna in the hopes she could find a new home where she will be well cared for and loved for the rest of her life. Soon after becoming a Frosted Face on September 11th, sweet Luna was scooped up for a Frosted Fling. We are thankful she is getting to decompress in the comfort of a loving foster home after losing her family and spending time in the shelter. Here is what we've learned about Luna so far: * Luna is an all-around good girl who goes potty outside, sleeps through the night, and does great on car rides. * She is mellow, sweet, and has the cutest little party ear and smile. * She likes going for walks and enjoys sniffing and exploring. * She ignored dogs that she saw during a park out. Didn’t try to approach them or bark at them to stay away, she just minded her own business. * She does well during bath time. * She takes treats gently. * She enjoys being a couch potato and picked her favorite spot on the sofa on the first day of her fling. * She’s showing more of her playful side each day! When her fling mom threw a ball for her in the backyard, Luna retrieved it and ran inside the house with it. Is a game of fetch in her future? Stay tuned for the next update from Luna's fling!
