*Youngster alert!* Meet Bronx! Bronx was one of four young dogs lured into a Good Samaritan's car after being seen running at large near Black Canyon Road on Friday. They were brought to FFF, so we could scan them for microchips, which they did not have. We discovered that someone had tried to give them away as puppies in a local Facebook group back in April when they were 8 weeks old, and these same people seem to have various litters posted every year in those same forums. When we reached out, they had no interest in keeping them. When we offered spay and neuter services, we were ignored. We have reported these abandoned dogs to Animal Services and have permission to rehome them. They will go home fully vaccinated, altered, and microchipped. Unlike seniors adopted from FFF, they will not come with free vet services beyond adoption. Bronx and his siblings - Knicks, Yankee, and SoHo -are now 8 months old, social with other dogs, playful, and smart! While they are no longer tiny puppies, whose “cute” stage only lasts a few months anyways, they are still growing, learning, and waiting for someone to love them. Might that be you? If you are interested in giving Bronx the loving forever home he deserves, please email placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bronx, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
