Meet Alexander Hamilton, the scrappy little kitten who’s ready to rise up and steal your heart! This 3-month-old black and brown tabby came to us as a stray, but don’t let his humble beginnings fool you—he’s destined for greatness. Much like his namesake, Hamilton is laid back yet charming, with a friendly demeanor that makes everyone want to be in his inner circle. He seems to get along well with other cats, making him the perfect addition to a multi-cat household or a great companion for someone looking for their very first feline friend. Hamilton’s sweet, easygoing nature means he’s just as happy chasing toys as he is snuggling up for a nap after a long day of plotting how to take over your heart. If you’re ready to be in the room where it happens, come meet Hamilton today—because we’re pretty sure you won’t want to throw away your shot! Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Alexander Hamilton, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
