My story

Meet Cinder! The gorgeous mamma looking for her loving forever home.  Cinder is a striking beauty—a sleek black kitty with a tiny white smudge on her chest, like a little spark glowing in the dark. True to her name, she carries herself with quiet elegance. She’s a bit of a wallflower, often sitting back to observe before deciding if she’d like to join in. Her favorite pastime is gazing out the window, patiently watching the world go by with her soft, thoughtful eyes. This gentle girl has been through so much. Dumped outside while pregnant, she bravely raised her litter of babies in foster care. Cinder really deserves to be the one cherished and cared for now, after all the love and devotion she’s given to her babies. Cinder is a friendly, sweet, and patient kitty. She does well with other cats, people, and respectful children who understand cat behavior and boundaries. She could also be adopted as your one and only special kitty. She loves attention and she'll happily curl up on the couch or bed beside you when she wants affection. She enjoys little mice toys and plays with quiet, hunter-like precision, proving she’s just as graceful at play as she is in rest. One of her favorite cozy spots is right in front of the refrigerator, soaking up the warmth of the vent underneath it. Cinder is a truly special cat: gentle, patient, resilient, and full of love. She has worked so hard to be a good mom, and now it’s her turn to be cared for and cherished. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion, Cinder would be thrilled to come home with you!
