My story

Professional cuddler taking applications for a best friend  Meet Shady, a dashing 9-year-old tuxedo gentleman with a heart as big as his purrs. This sweet boy is the definition of a cuddle bug: he lives for head butts, cozy lap sessions, and curling up right by your side. Shady will even climb onto your face to remind you there’s no such thing as personal space when it comes to love. His deep, rumbling purr is the strongest we’ve ever heard, and it’s guaranteed to melt stress away instantly. Shady is also a certified foodie who adores wet food and will happily announce mealtime with his charming, chatty meows. When he’s not asking for cuddles or dinner, you’ll find Shady gazing out the window, lounging on his cat tree, or working his scratchers like a pro. This resilient boy has an incredible story; he made a full recovery from a broken jaw and is now thriving, ready to begin his next chapter. Shady would do best in a calm, quiet dog-free home where he can bask in love and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. He gets along with laid-back cats but would also be perfectly happy as a spoiled only kitty. Older, gentle kids could be a good fit too, especially if they love snuggles as much as he does.
