My story

Sabrina is a resilient little girl, approximately 3 years old and weighing just 10 pounds. Her journey hasn’t been easy — she was found as a stray after being hit by a car and brought to a high-kill shelter with a severe degloving injury. No one came to claim her, but thanks to the quick action of a dedicated rescue team and the compassionate care of our veterinarian and staff, Sabrina’s life was saved — and so was her leg. She’s a true fighter with a gentle soul. Despite the trauma and pain she endured, Sabrina remains incredibly sweet, calm, and affectionate. She’s currently healing beautifully and will need some continued rehabilitation to help regain full strength in her injured leg. Sabrina is a quiet, loving companion who enjoys curling up in your lap and being close to her people. She gets along well with other dogs and would do wonderfully in a calm, nurturing home where she can continue to heal and be loved the way she deserves.
