My story

Meet Moxie! 🐾 If love had a face, it would look a lot like Moxie — and apparently, it would also be 16 years old and completely ageless. Someone clearly slipped this girl the fountain of youth, because this charming pug terrier mix has the spirit and sweetness of a dog half her age. She’s the whole package at just 15 lbs — gentle, affectionate, easygoing, and absolutely irresistible — with a lifetime of love still left to give. Moxie is a natural homebody who thrives on connection. She loves snuggling up close but knows how to give you space — the perfect balance of devoted and independent. She’s house-trained, sleeps beautifully through the night, and has a healthy appetite for both good food and good company. Out on walks, Moxie is a delight — she strolls at a leisurely pace, nose to the ground, savoring every moment. She’s a social girl who gets along well with other dogs and loves people of all kinds. She likes car rides, is a potty trained/dog door rockstar and prefers a home without cats. Seniors have so much love left to give, and Moxie is proof. She’s ready to be your loyal companion, your couch buddy, and your heart dog. Could you be her forever person?
