At 5 years old and 15 lbs, JASPER is a fluffy bundle of joy who’s equal parts charm and comedy. This sweet Shih Tzu is a total lovebug with a silly streak that’ll keep you smiling all day long. Whether he’s trotting around the house with a toy in his mouth, rolling over for belly rubs, or flashing his signature goofy grin, Jasper knows how to steal hearts.
